This booklet goes into a little bit of detail on several subjects surrounding GP but doesn't at all address doing simple things like creating OUs, giving them permissions, assigning users or computers to an OU, etc. it's more like "here's this booklet about this thing called Group Policy and here is how to do 3 things you probably won't do".A few how to's of the basics would have been nice, but I guess that's what YouTube is for.
This book is a great field guide for implementing group policies for users & computers in a domain. Covers all primary components for setting up GPOs, it’s an easy to follow concise read, and it can help you get up and running quickly. Recommended for any Server or Network Administrators.

Very good book provides all the info you need to understand how group policy works
It's a pretty darn good go to reference book, something good to have available in those times of need. Very much worth the few dollars it cost to buy it.
